    top marks again Eric ,really enjoyed it ,I am starting to get a lot more comfortable at the lower stroke rate
    really struggled at the start.
    I tried asensei and I must admit i find this site far superior,i didnt like the idea of you rowing with your back to the camera ,prefer to follow you when you are rowing side on.
    what i really liked though was the short warm up video for 5 min,any chance you could do a go to video on its own just for the warm up for 15 to 20 mins.

    Thanks for another great workout. Concept2 couldn't have a better spokesperson for their erg, in my opinion.

    should be a way to show the PM5 on the screen as well, guess he could use ERGData with a phone, with a lightings->HDMI, then have a monitor on the wall. That would make it interesting, one could see the time, stroke rate, etc.

    Eric. As I understand it you are starting the first 12 mins at 75- 80% of max heart rate (T2 HR zone)
    Then as you are ramping it up in the second and third sets, you will be unable to keep within your T2 zone and will be pushing into T3 and T4 zones.
    Is this what you are suggesting?

    Yet another workout with excellent intensity. My splits keep going down at the same hr! Just wondering, as I only ever noticed it now; what happened to the ram mount tablet holding contraption on the erg?

    Great erg again. Any chance you could do a rt20 30min? Be a great one to follow and help me to finish this test when I erg on my own.

      Michael, have you tried rowing with Eric on asensei? The first couple of workouts are steady r20 workouts for you to follow along. ericmurray.asensei.com/
