Hey Eric. I did the workout and it was great. Held a 1:39. I just have a question that doesn’t relate to this video. It’s about back pain. Sometimes when I erg, towards the end of a workout and after my back aches. It doesn’t hurt a lot. It just aches and is annoying especially when I’m doing a workout. I think I have pretty good form. I sit up and don’t hunch over. Keep the core engaged most of the time. I just wanted to ask if you know why this still happens? Any suggestions to help relieve it? I found that not leaning back so far on the finish helps with the pain. Thanks. 👍🏼
probably a little bit of core work, as well as some back muscle stuff like back arches and things. I get a tired back, always did. But if its not coming right the next day etc, need to get some help. but if you can strecth it out and warmup right, you should be good
I understand that the training is 40 seconds fast followed by 20 seconds slow so for ten minutes then recover and repeat it? Thank you
