Don't let your brainworms dictate your life under the idea of "I must look the best I possibly can" just because you're a public figure, it's unhealthy. Your appearance and behavior shouldn't be based on what you read or hear about yourself from others just to fit in. The more someone worries about being put together, less put together they are.
