I got home from meeting friends for Tuesday Tacos night at local tavern & relaxing watching you cook this special Dinner Party Tonight ...OMG...my mouth is watering & must go out in morning to order that beautiful filet & all the trimmings to host a special "pre-Thanksgiving" 🤭party!!
My late husband was a master at grilling fab filets but now I must take the reigns & just do it!!!

Now that the weirdness is done, let me tell you I'm having an elegant dinner party in about 10 days. I'm definitely making the filet EXACTLY the way you did it and I will probably do the creamed leeks with Hollenbeck potatoes. Of course I'll make the Port Sauce to go with the beef!
