I am 75, born and raised in Central Michigan. In my forties I spent 34 years in Florida then recently in Arizona. Mentioning this sandwich when in Florida or even here in Arizona, I get strange looks. Maybe it's a Michigan thing, I don't know. But I grew up eating sliced radishes on buttered bread, sprinkled with a little salt. The perfect crunchy sandwich! Even now, still good only I use no salt🤗

Hi Beth! It's been a few years since you posted this but today I recreated your entire summer recipe. It's amazing!! The chicken was delicious, as were the salads. I couldn't find any figs(it's a little early for them) But I did make a almond blueberry tart. Thanks so much for the great ideas! I love your recipes :)
I'm going to be making your burrata cheese grilled veggie salad for a brunch in a few weeks!!!! Looks so amazing. I'm sure others have told you, turn your lemon the other way when you are using the 'squeezer'. I did exactly what you did and was underwhelmed by the 'gadget'. Once I learned how to really use it I will never go without it!!! Love your channel!!!

I looovveeeee this longer format!!! It's really so much more helpful to see all of the techniques used to make each of these amazing recipes!! Now that I can see the full execution of the recipes, I am way more likely to actually try them out and recommend them to others... Also the personal stories make the recipes even more appealing!!!
