    So, a couple of disclaimers…
    1) I did not realize until editing this video that everything I filmed when installing the drain in the cooler was deleted, so I will build another one soon and will post a video on how to get your drain to the outside of this cart
    2) I did have to raise my cooler up once I put the top on… Complete miscalculation on my end when I built the frame (didn’t count for the one and a half inches for the thickness of the top). 🤷🏻‍♂️
    3) There are clearly visible glue streaks on the front of this cooler in the final scenes of my video. Those were removed once I took my sander to this entire cart. Wish I would’ve sanded prior to posting the video but I wanted to get it up as soon as possible and prior to the weekend.

    Fantastic project. I’d try that for my home but it might be a little too big for my deck but I love it so much. I may say, screw it and build it anyways.

      Thank you so much and I’m glad you like it. Go for it. You can shrink it down a bit to fit your patio. I didn’t give out any dimensions on this build as I wanted people to build this for the cooler they want to use and I knew some people would have size limitations. Give it a go!!

      I really really appreciate that. That cart can be used for multiple different tools in your shop. I have found that since I built it, I use my planer much more often 👍🏼👍🏼

    I like your project 👍 the extra storage is a great idea. The music is much louder than your voice

      Thanks for the compliment and thanks for letting me know about the music. I thought the volume was a bit off myself, but you’re the first to mention it. We appreciate your feedback and thanks for tuning in!!

    looks awesome! I'm guessing the idea to empty the cooler on this one is just to lift the cooler out and dump?

    • @NuKraftWorkshop
      @NuKraftWorkshop  2 місяці тому +2

      That was originally going to be the idea but I have since added a drain to the side of the cooler. The video showing that process should be posted in a day or so. Thanks for the comment and I’m glad you like our design!!!

    Great looking cart. - could you link the cooler you put in it?

    • @NuKraftWorkshop
      @NuKraftWorkshop  2 місяці тому

      Sure… here it is. One of the reasons I didn’t mention dimensions in the build process is because a cart like this is completely customizable and can be built around any cooler. Hope you build one … and let me know how it turns out!!!

      I’m doing my best… My website is up but it is temporary. I am having to switch it away from Go Daddy because they won’t let me sell digital files for some reason. Hopefully in 2 to 3 weeks max everything will be good.

      @@NuKraftWorkshop There are other folks that sell their plans via Etsy. Unfortunately they take a cut of cash but I've downloaded digital files from them.

    This looks really good and since it’s cedar it should last for a long time! What would you sell the one you built for? I’m going to build a smaller and see how it sells in my area, want to have a decent idea for pricing. Thanks!

    • @NuKraftWorkshop
      @NuKraftWorkshop  2 місяці тому +1

      Thank you so much for the compliment! I put this on Facebook marketplace for $795… I’ve seen comparable carts without 2 x 4 frames and legs going for $900… For what I have into it, 795 is some good profit. I’ll keep you updated on how it goes. Also, check out what these things are going for on Etsy. Similar (but not as good in my opinion) are going for a grand or so

      This is awesome. My first cart looked more like a roll around burn pile. 😂. I really like projects like this and the idea of using fence pickets. Looking forward to seeing more of your videos. Thanks again.

    • @NuKraftWorkshop
      @NuKraftWorkshop  2 місяці тому +1

      Sorry about your cart 😂😂😂. I’ve seen plenty of cedar picket builds where they just cut to length and use the rough surface… I prefer to run mine through the planer and smooth them out. Sure beats sanding all day long. Build you another one… You got this
