oh this is brilliant as alot of people would want to know how to hack this a bit because if that breather hose on the bottom middle that goes down to the side of the block at 3:12 that cracks and results in a rough idle. Insert that problem in the tags maybe it will help the Mercedes guys find this video. Thank you.
I removed the 4 clips first , and I have a tool with a zip tie and made a o and place it at the end of the rail and push up. The rail came smoothly. Now I'm doing the injectors replacement.
Yes sir, can you plz help me out with my problem, i had 2009model c200 kompresor, and had troble code p0045,its say ,supercharger boost control solenoid circuit A / open, where can I find the boost control solenoid ,tnx
Hi there, I have a c63 and Mercedes Benz are saying they’ll need a week to change 4 injectors? Does it take this long? The injectors are new and just need to be replaced
Hey bud That "pop" (rubber hose) that id connected on top of the engine that comes from the air filter, what's its function? The pop on my w203 came off and fumes were coming out of it. Cheers
I just did mines on my car. But all the area Where the injector is, need to be clean before you pull it, dust and particles lay on it and can fall inside. I use Qtips soak with degreaser and later dry with paper towels and wait to dry. I found plastic remnant of old zip ties and dust. Imagine not cleaning 🧼 🧹 before removal of the injector. I was wondering why remove the hose from the throttle body? There's no need for it. But thank you for sharing this knowledge!!
I have used your videos to solve many of the problems youve documented. Have you come across the P2061 code for reductant air pump? My model doesnt have an air pump as far as im aware. Do you happen to know what causes this code? I have replaced both crank case and valve cover breathers, new egr, all new vacum hose and cam shaft adjusters but the code still wont go.
I have the same car. But im having a problem. The rpm drops low when started so the engine shakes. Then there's and egg smell. Is the problem of fuel injectors? Or is it another issue? Hope you can help.
Man, why so much hassle with the air filter housing? No need to take off the pipe of the throttle house, no need to take out the actual filter and no need to take off the MAF and go to war with that hose clamp. Also I would never use a screwdriver to pry on an aluminium housing.
Is there an easier way to access the fuel rail by not detaching so much? You would need to move the air filter housing out of the way at least a bit. I need to change the fuel pressure regulator/damper mounted on the fuel rail on my W211 -271 engine.Thankful for any suggestion.
@@user-lm9dg8nr1j you only need to remove the air filter box, that's all. Only in case the MAF is screwed in form the inside of the casing, then you need to open it and remove the filter.
@@Marc_NL666 Ok! So if I understand you correctly you can detach the MAF from the air box itself enough to remove the box and leave the MAF unit where it is? That would make things way easier not making yourself the trouble of loosen that rear lower hose clamp. Thanks!
One of the informational videos I seen so far. Thank you for taking your time to record.
thank you
Holy crap, I only bought one injector... now I gotta go get the other 3 from the dealer $$$ #ouch
Nice work!
Good that you don't have eight like me :/

i must do a video to show it exactly. thanks
@@ecologicaltime yes man go for it. 👌

Great video!
What's up with that air intake hose across the front of the engine. Looks like it needs to be replaced!

No they are thief. You can do it yourself or go to a small town mechanic 🧰
very good video thank you can i also copper compound for the oringen? greetings from belgium
i wouldn't use copper compound for o rings. It can damage o rings.
Do you put rubers the injectors on a C270 CDI mesedes Benz automatic 2005 when putting new Orings
Will the new injector need programming after fitting on a W203 engine 271?

What were the symptoms that led you to refurb the injectors?

Could this code relate to the vacum pump on the top rear end of the valve cover?
Nicely executed.
Good video mate
Excelent tutorial muy firend

Egg smell is sulfur. Sulfur smell comes from battery. I'd check the battery if I were you.
clear and helpful
SUPER VIDEO Th!
Thank you
hi . where can i find the repair kit (orings and filters) for the injectors ?
What code represents faulty fuel injectors?
p0171 for #1 injector bank 1 lean... some mercedes mechanic mentioned it when trouble shooting the p0171 code
contact cleaner for the cam magnet connectors will clean terminals
Sounds like arnold swarzenneger

@@user-lm9dg8nr1j Absolutely. The MAF can stay in place, just needs to be unscrewed from the air filter box.
@Gasoline Just start working on it and you'll see what I mean.
