    Good evening Sir,
    Kindly assist.
    My w203 m271 engine makes a vaccum hissing noise only at cold start in the morning.
    Is it the secondary air pump?
    Your assistance is much appreciated.

    Thank you for the very explanatory video! I have the same kind of leak and my local mechanic recommended to replace the seals, the magnets itself and the clips and the cables to prevent the oil leak to reach to the ECU. Do you think replacing that many parts is necessary? How did it hold up after you change these seals?

    Thank you for sharing your experience. In my case, Oil was leaked around connector instead of rubber O-ring. Filler around terminal pins into magnet connector was weak point to me. I want to recommend to add improved wire harness to isolate magnet control line. Quite many issues are reported. Leaked oil raised upto Ecu main connector. And that lead to Ecu internal damage.

    I am having a problem with my W203 M271 engine. The 1st spark plug has been stuck and all i replace are the remaining 3. How do I remove the stuck spark plug without damaging anything on the head. My cars performance gets affected as sometimes when I press down the accelerator the car has a rough idle and engine surging.

    Hi great video. Thanks. To replace the belt tensioner assembly does the compressor have to be removed? I replaced the bearing but it is still shaking/wobbling with engine running. So I am guessing the whole assembly needs to be replaced. TIA

    Thank you for the video. Judging by you accent I'm assuming you are in South Africa. If I'm correct would you kindly share where I can purchase these parts at a reasonable price. Merc is a bit pricey. I would also like to know if the grommet and o ring come with the cam magnet or are they bought separately. If they are separate, what are their part numbers? Thanks again for the great video.

      I'm in the same boat than you. I believe you're correct regarding the poster's accent. Agree, the agents ae very pricey on this. Did you manage to get a set? You can buy these separately from the agents, but not cheap. @ecologicaltime, please help us out here.

    Excellent video. Just one thing - I'm not clear on the cente grommet. Is it one part or two? Oh, and which is it that normally leaks, the large one or the small centre one?

    • @zunaidkajee4540
      @zunaidkajee4540 Рік тому +1

      From his Video it look like the "large" O ring was leaking. The oil looked like it was at the bottom of the case. Maybe the kit comes with both O ring and grommet? Would make sense to just replace all rubber while you in there ....
