    HEY LADIES!🚨
Just so it’s clear my incision is located below my panty line so it’s pretty far down. I had to insert a picture over the video because I felt I may have been showing a little to much chile LOL. But like always I am here to answer ANY questions. I just didn’t want to show all my BUSINESSSSS😂

I am 6 months post myomectomy surgery. My scar is very low and my doctor glued my stomach back together. It's very smooth. It's a straight line. Tip to everyone getting this surgery, workout weeks prior to surgery. It made a world of difference for my recovery. I trained like I was about to run a marathon. Running, weights, swimming, spinning, just move your body. It made my body strong after surgery and my recovery was easier. I did not need help. I could get up and move about because I trained my body. I still needed pain management, I walked everywhere and though my belly and face went down significantly months after surgery, I'm still slightly swollen around my tummy and it itches like it's still healing. I also get waves of fatigue. I have moments when I feel completely wiped out or post surgery fatigue. It can take 1 year for some women to feel 100 percent, because it's major surgery. And, yes overall I feel way better. My doctor removed 10 of 12 fibroids. The biggest was 10-12 cm, the others looked like golf balls. The two we left were tiny and on the bloodline, so we left them. I wanted my uterus. I'm 46, so those 2 tiny fibroids will dry up when menopause comes. I talk about my journey with pictures on my channel Lovely Lana.💞

Thank you for sharing your story. I went through the same surgery a month ago and I was so glad to find your channel 2 weeks before surgery. Your experience has been giving me the hope and strength I needed. I was also able to better prepare myself mentally and otherwise for this journey.

Heyyyyy! Thank you so much for watching and leaving this comment. I am so glad that my videos have been able to help you. I can definitely understand your concern about numbness, I can say there are parts above the incision that are still numb for me but massaging definitely helps with that! 💕💕💕

So glad I found your video - Im in South Africa and have had the same surgery my uterus was taken out and the fibroid was removed two weeks ago - I've never had surgery before so it all feels so strange but I think I'm on track and the doctors says healing is going well. Just at two weeks having the wound I can't call it a scar yet because there's still a line of bruising formed that feels so strange and tingly still bit I believe it gets better. Will look for more of your earlier videos. Thanks again for sharing! And hope you are fully healed 🙏🏽

I had the same surgery February 13th, 2023. The fibroid was 12cm 😬. The doctors had to do the same to me as well. Take out my uterus to a certain extent to remove the fibroid. I received what's called a tap block anesthesia method so I'm still experiencing numbness as well.

I’m not sure of your family situation, but in all honesty, mine was ideal as I do not have any kids and I was at my dad’s where he and my brother would come help me. My sister, niece and friends would come over and bring me food. I pretty much prepared every essential you could think of and I didn’t set foot downstairs until it was time for my 3 week checkup. After that I spent another week again and by week 5 and 6 I would go up and down the stairs very slowly. Literally one step at a time.
