had 26 fibroids and scar tissues removed 4 months ago. Before surgery my period went to 14 days one month before surgery. Before then it was 9 days long and heavy. So August I bled 14 days after surgery but this has continued for last 4 months. The first 4 days heavy. 3 days med and the balance of cycle is a very light spotting. I have to look hard to see the slight discoloration when I wipe. So I just told my doctor and she said since I bled 14 days before surgery this maybe my norm now. I am hurt because I felt like she doesn't care. I don't see how 14 and 15 days period is normal. I am trying to get pregnant. I am trying to not cry because I feel like I been through so much already. I was wondering should I get a second opinion. Doc said she can just prescibe me birth control pills. I don't think this is normal. I feel hopeless

What should i do for gas relaxation after post myomectomy 😢I feel really low please reply

I had 13cm of fibroid and before 3week i had myomectomy open surgery but still i am facing so many problem like digestion issues and nausea at all what should i do to cure this 😢😢

I just had my lap surgery yesterday. It took them 3 1/2 hours to remove all my fibroids . It was supposed to only be 2 hours but because I had so many it took much longer .

Ladies, the pain is as a result of the uterus that has not completely healed and it yet has to shed off unwanted staffs in there. So it's only obvious that the pain during will increase almost 10x than the time before surgery. Don't use hot water too, because it will affect the wounds from surgery. I guess we all now pray to God to help us. Because woman hood journey is the toughest.

Hey Mikayla. Did you use letrozole this time? I start 5mg this month when my cycle comes on and extremely nervous. How many cycles of letrozole did you have to use before you conceived?

My myomectomy is today one month old am still in pain but getting better each day hope after three months will be completely healed

Glad to hear your experience as well as the ladies in the comment section. I am on recovery myself and its Day 17 with no major complications. Weird enough but i wasn't somehow scared or nervous at all before and after my first surgery as I held faith in my doctor and the lord and boy that was a miracle! From that day on, the amount of respect that I had for healthcare providers had skyrocketed like crazy! I mean they surely are no less than God for us at the time when you see your loved ones entering into the Operation theatre. Oh geez! It is so emotional but again hats off to the real heroes!!❤

I had a bad experience with the owner of an african hair braiding shop. She was mean and tried to take my edges out. These bald head braiders don’t care about putting tension on our hair. I told her I was tender headed and don’t like my braids too tight. She parted and braided my cornrows weird and crooked. She dug that metal comb parter into my scalp. I told her I didn’t like it and was taking it down. I didn’t let her dip them. My hair is more than halfway down my back and these braiders are haters.

This was so inspiring and i’m looking forward to more 💗
