Im currently at the phase where I am interviewing potential contractors/employees and thought I would share some therapist interview questions to help you in the process of also applying for positions or hiring your own staff. What are some interview questions you've had during a therapist/counsellor interview!?
How do you plan to navigate the caseload of the intern so that you won’t have an additional caseload on top of your caseload once the semester is over?
Great question! Ideally I’d hire the intern, otherwise, I plan to have a team by the time the internship is over so other clinicians would take on the interns clients.
