Turn to bible and allow CHRIST to be your therapist, psychologist and psychiatrist. No man nor women fits to be one. All are sinners and without glory, all are tempted and suffer the same.
All are expected to REPENT AND BORN AGAIN, to LIVE HOLY AND GO AND SIN NO MORE.
All are weak in the daily fight between their spirit and flesh.
All these therapist, psychologist and psychiatrist, this world provides, can do is:
to deceive and steal.
They deceived you through all these “diagnoses” and they steal your money, through all the pills which you “need”.
In short: they poison your mind and your overall health, leaving you with neither one.
Therapist, Psychologist and Psychiatrist = Field where no human soul, never ever going to fit of being an help, no matter the among of years spend in “medical schools” or the decree gotten from there.
ALL of us are daily deceived, no matter the walks of life.

I just graduated from high school and I really want to start my career as a phycologist I really do have a passion in helping others. This really inspired me to do my dream career.

Wow this is the type of quality and information I have been seeking! She was very inspiring. I'm starting to think I should just go for Psyd! I was thinking maybe clinical social worker than later on psychologsit but that doesn't make sense because I know ultimately I want to be a psychologist! Wish she could have explained the cost of this career path. That would have been helpful !

i thought i had to make a choice ASAP if want to get my doctorate or what i like but i dont... She is doing amazing after just going with the flow and finding her true niche. Really helps relieve my stress
she’s really inspiring me and helping me narrow down on what I want to do! I currently do ABA therapy and have my RBT but I know that I want my own office similar to Dr. Lockhart’s where there are other people who do different types of child therapy.

Be advised I am not whos pictured in my profile but I do have a question. I’m going to pursue a career in pediatric psychology and I also had a really bad childhood so I tend to REALLY make things fun for kids. I noticed you said natural flow and kind of the same colors and what not to make sure everything is matching basically. Sorry for the over explaining it’s a habit but my question is would it be too much to make the kids my sole concern when it came to my Office ? I was thinking of a very inviting and encouraging office. A few rooms. Diverse , but general and accessible to everyone. I feel like the world is changing and kids love fun and for you to get down to their level nowadays. Especially when you’re trying to get to them on a personal level. I want my clients to have a great , healthy, fun , and unforgettable experience that benefits them for life !!! I also don’t want to be “too much”.

Im struggling to find a career choice..

Very much so. Confidentiality is a must with therapy. That confidentiality can only be broken under certain conditions, like if the person has active plans to harm someone else or active plans to commit suicide.

What is the difference between a licensed counseling social worker and a clinical psychologist?
Psychologist trains at Doctorate level. however LCSW often trains at masters level but they can also go onto doctoral courses.

She’s also a child psychologist, so may not apply everything to an adult. I’m also not sure why you’re very surprised , does the sign offend you ?
Probably a lot of the therapy is about changing your thought patterns, getting out of the loop of unhappiness by changing what you do on a daily basis. Those changes are choices.
Anna zepinkoswki not all people respond to treatment. And not everyone has access to treatment. Being depressed isn’t a choice, for some treatment is. But that doesn’t guarantee happiness. Have a great day :)
