The way he removed the wok from the fire gave me anxiety 😂 he has a lot of trust in that ladle and the wok to not flex while he’s moving that hot oil. Food looks delicious af 🤤

Outstanding! Once i watched my local chinese restaurant cook my shrimp fried rice - i almost cry. Everything he put in the wok was already pre-cooked. Took him less than 5 minutes to cook my fried rice. Very disappointed - the rice wasn';t hot and smooshy , and the shrimp was cold. They definitely weren't cook with their heart and soul. They were looking for a quick profits.

這種店如果再臺灣早就被臺灣人罵翻了 衛生不合格
但好笑的是這如果在外國沒人會罵 只會說是美食
一樣徒手拿麵條下去煮 臺灣夜市工讀生徒手洗油麵 被罵不衛生
還讓公家機關來查核>"< 說沒戴手套洗麵條>"<
還說洗麵桶子放在地面上也不衛生>"<
下面一堆留言也罵爆>"< 這就是台灣人2套標準
日本人徒手握壽司可以 日本徒手拿熟食雞豬排都沒人罵
但臺灣只要你徒手.... 韓國用塑料網袋放食材熬湯 也沒人說啥
臺灣只要敢用塑料細網不要說熬湯 就算過濾 也會被罵爆
但大家都忘記了 所謂飯巾還不是有塑料原料在裡面 >"<
以上事件很容易被罵爆>"< 台灣人矯往過正
PS臺灣餐飲人員一個工作日不知道要洗幾次手 不衛生的只有個案居多

I ate this before . Ultra good Hokkien Mee and variety dishes. This uncle spent almost his lifetime honing his skills kungfu and now an unsung mastery in my opinion . Humble and respect customer too. You’ll never see young men do this trade nowadays . All for quick profits and not nice .
Better than Ah Wha Jalan 222 and so much more. My top 1 list at the moment . Sorry viewers i Won’t tell you where this hidden gem is. Don’t want to make it viral and made me queue long long for this first class Cantonese Hokkien delicacy.

In Malaysia, this dish is called Hokkien Mee or Hokkien Noodle. This guy's hokkien noodle is one of the best if not the best in Malaysia. Minimum waiting time is usually 1 hour as he personally cooks all the hokkien noodle and this place is usually packed.

It is more commonly known as "Hokien mee"... This is a great favorite for Malaysians (Chinese) .... it can be found in multiple places around the capital Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia ..... Just ask around the locals and dey will point you ....and this old master does it the more authentic way - using a charcoal stove instead of a gas stove ....👍👍👍

@@user-zk1vn7yf7x 那是黑酱油,新马福建话也有人称为黑豆油,有咸味,甜味,淡味之分。在新加坡和马来西亚吃著名的海南鸡饭时配着辣椒酱或姜蓉吃,是吃鸡饭少不了的精华灵魂调味料。

The noodle dish is called Cha-Mi here in the philippines. We also use different type of noodles for this dish. Same method, almost same ingredients too
the noodle type and the lard is the most important for this dish...and the charcoal stove add up the "smokey" flavor...cha mi is a chinese word 'fried noodles', this one is cha hokkien mi....
