- Ingredients
Beans - 8 to 9 nos
Carrot - 2 nos
Green chilli - 3 to 4 nos
Onion - 1 nos
Curry leaves - 3 to 4 sprigs
Mustard seed - 1 tsp
Toor Dal - 1 tsp
Urad dal - 1 tsp
Salt - 1 or 2 tbsp
Oil - 3 to 4 tbsp
Method
Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and let them sputter.
Then add toor dal and urad dal , saute them well.
Add chopped onion, green chilli, beans and curry leaves.
Saute them well for a few minutes.
Sprinkle some salt and saute them well.
Then add the chopped carrots and saute them well.
Take some dosa batter, add cooked carrot mix,salt and curry leaves.
Combine them well and set them aside.
Heat the paniyaram pan with a few drops of oil in each mould.
Once the pan gets hot, pour some batter mix into each of the holes.
One side is ready flip the other side and cook for some minutes until it gets crispy on the outer side.
Then repeat the same process on a balanced batter.
Serve the tasty paniyaram with tea or coffee
