    thank you for sharing" we should say every time to our MIND who is throwing negative thoughts to us, its like a saying thank you to a person who is abusing you though without any reason , with no your fault at all,
    & deep breath, whener we get a negative thought, tension, mental pressure .

    Yes my breathing is opposite. I get too stress out. And this negative thinking make me go in depression. Tried each and everything but it work few minutes but again go same way. Emotional baggage is much

    Now my request is for your guidance on " attitude " as in, how to make it positive but not offensive.

      thank you so much for your questions. Will do a separate video on this topic. Attitude is made up of many things. And any kind of a reaction comes out is already within us. Its like if you squeeze a mango then mango juice will come out and if you squeeze orange orange juice will come out. Similarly positive or offensive whatever comes out is within us. So the best is to look within and remove whats not helpful. I hope this helps.

    Ma'am mujhe every day negative thoughts bhot zada pareshan karte Hain or actual main kisi kam main bhi busy hota hun uske bawajod bhi aate hain kai bar to sote waqt bhi mujhe nind main negative thoughts aate hain like fear of death and fear further moments which very fearest at the time of these thoughts my heart beat started to began very fast and thought that ke ye ho kya raha or aisa bhi lgta jaise aaj main mar jaunga etc things has came around at the that time, please give some solution of these things ma'am I also taking treatment of psychiatrist who is giving medicines only I had taking many treatments for my problems nearest psychiatrist i also taking medicine for this in condition Alopathy, homeopathy,ayurvedic etc so it's a humble request to you ma'am pls give me some treatment exercise or as u like that for the purpose of the diseases which is i am suffering from

      I have explained it in the video. focus on your breath and consciously start breathing. Breath in and let your abdomen come out. Breath out and let your abdomen go in.

    Mam, over thinking chalti rhti h raat bhar aur apne aap se bate bhi krta rhta hu bina faltu ki 18 saal se dva kha rha hu lekin dva chut nhi rhi ek din daba na khane per need nhi ati pir agle din aur tez ho zata hai bolna bahut pareshan hu kuch kaam nhi ker pa rha ru age 33 saal ho gyi h ghar bale bhi preshan h kya kru please batye

    Mujhe negtv thnkng aati hai but ye nahi ki mai kuch kar nahi sakti yr aati hai ki jo log ne meri beizzati ki mujhe jhoota ilzam lagaya uske samne jaake chillake kahu ki mai jhuti nahi hu maine ye nahi kiya tha..... r yehi thnkng baar baar har din chalti hai mai chahti hu lkin mai karti nahi kabhi..... mai chahti hu ki mai batau ki mai har cheez karsakti hu i have that ability (that i actlly have). Lkin bolti nahi. To pls i will be glad if u rly for my cmnt
