thank you so much for your questions. Will do a separate video on this topic. Attitude is made up of many things. And any kind of a reaction comes out is already within us. Its like if you squeeze a mango then mango juice will come out and if you squeeze orange orange juice will come out. Similarly positive or offensive whatever comes out is within us. So the best is to look within and remove whats not helpful. I hope this helps.

Ma'am mujhe every day negative thoughts bhot zada pareshan karte Hain or actual main kisi kam main bhi busy hota hun uske bawajod bhi aate hain kai bar to sote waqt bhi mujhe nind main negative thoughts aate hain like fear of death and fear further moments which very fearest at the time of these thoughts my heart beat started to began very fast and thought that ke ye ho kya raha or aisa bhi lgta jaise aaj main mar jaunga etc things has came around at the that time, please give some solution of these things ma'am I also taking treatment of psychiatrist who is giving medicines only I had taking many treatments for my problems nearest psychiatrist i also taking medicine for this in condition Alopathy, homeopathy,ayurvedic etc so it's a humble request to you ma'am pls give me some treatment exercise or as u like that for the purpose of the diseases which is i am suffering from
