My aunt used to make this dessert in the spring for potlucks and other events. However, she used raspberry jello instead of strawberry jello. Other than that, she used the same ingredients in your recipe. Oh the nostalgia!
You have the best video explaining the importance of the cream cheese layer seal and also to let the crust cool!!! I've messed up a few batches without knowing those key tips. Yours always turns out perfect thank you❤
I have made this so many times for big family gatherings. It vanishes so fast. Make more than you think you will need, because people will be begging for second helpings. I use "real" whip cream instead of "cool whip" topping. I've done it both ways, and trust me... real whip cream is the best. Thank you for reminding me of this great recipe. P.S. I've also used frozen raspberries, thawed. Just as delicious.

Another winner! 🏆👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽My family loved this one! ❤️❤️❤️I did a mango one since I had a Hawaiian local plate lunch thing going on at my house🌺🌴It’s 2 cans 15-oz diced mango (drain well) for the fruit. For the topping, I used 1 box 3-oz lemon jello & 1 envelope unflavored gelatin instead of the 1 box 6-oz jello. Can’t wait to try the other fruit/jello combos I saw through comments too. A wonderful desert! I had this recipe yrs.ago, but it got ruined when a new floor went down in the kitchen. My recipe books were put in a tub outside. It poured down rain in them. I did not know they were put out. My son put them outside. I am thrilled to have this recipe back. The only difference is I put vanilla wafer crust. The pretzel will be so much better. Thank you.

It was the hit of the picnic. I haven't been able to find that recipe. I hate it when that happens. Lol. Again. Thank you. This recipe didn't have jello. But I am going to make yours. I mix a small can of pineapple juice into the cream cheese. I don’t add sugar. It’s delicious.

The secret to the best Strawberry Pretzel Salad is to replace the room temp water in the Jell-O with Pineapple Juice. The flavor is Amazing.
