I've made this exact recipe before but used a can on crushed pineapple instead of strawberries. Very good and always requested at family gatherings

I know that this isn't the same thing but my cousin used to bring Ambrosia to family gathering and I would thought that shit was discussing I never ate it it just looked disgusting but, this I would eat until I was sick I know I would cuz I love cream cheese
I am tried this today. I was worried about soggy pretzels and strawberries getting too juicy. I decided to store everything in separate airtight containers. I kept 1 & 2 in the fridge 1. cream cheese/whip mixture 2. Strawberries. 3.Toffee pretzel kept at room temp. Now my family can make their own small portions whenever they want.
That was my thinking as well, especially since it’s only me. However, I’m thinking it would be OK to mix the strawberries with the cream mixture, but I would definitely keep the pretzel pecan crunch separate until serving. I love that the strawberries are not sweetened. It sure sounds yummy.😋
I made this for family lunch after church Sunday. It was a huge hit and was gone in a flash. Now the kids want me to make it to go on Angel food cake for our mountain getaway. Huge hit!

This looks so good. I make raspberry pretzel jello salad a lot. In fact, made it about 3 days ago. This version looks so simple and quick!
If u add powdered sugar it’s smoother and u don’t get that grainy taste from regular sugar. Makes a great fruit dip. Looks yummy. Thanks❤️💯🙏🏻

When you watch your video, notice yourself stirring your pretzels after you bake them! You unknowingly made all these cute shapes! At first there was a Christmas tree. Then you made bats, a kitty, and all sorts of things! 😊

Our family has made this for years
At our house we keep the crunchies and pudding mixture separate
So you can fix your bowl the way you want it
Otherwise the crunchies get soggy
And we prefer pineapples to the strawberries

I love your mixer spokes. They're more like whisks, which means you don't have to scrape so much batter off of them. That crust part looks delicious and crisp. I'm an edge person and I love crispy parts of baked goods.

I made this today and I love it. I renamed it deconstructed pretzel salad 😂 I like this version because the original pretzel salad is a process so I usually don't make it till holiday time. This recipe is just up my alley mix everything altogether.

Double the cream cheese. Add Strawberry, blueberry, and Raspberry, blackberry. Break up Gram Cracker fold in Before Cool Whip

OMG I'VE BEEN MAKING THE OTHER LAYERED VERSION 4 MANY YEARS, THIS IS SO EASY & I KNOW IT IS GOOD.I USE WHITE SUGAR BUT NOW I WILL USE BROWN THANKS FOR THIS. U COULD ALSO JUST BAKE THE PRETZEL MIX & BREAK IT UP LIKE TOFFEE.

Some friends and I had this for the first time at a wedding last summer (2023). None of us had ever heard of it before...it was amazing!!! We had fun trying to figure out what was in it. I thought there was Heath bits (I was close), but none of us guessed the pretzels. I have yet to make it, but I think it would be a great topping for a Pavlova.
Just the sound of mixing the first few ingredients has my mouth watering!
This is so good, and so much easier to make! I followed Miss Annie’s directions until the end: instead of putting this in 9 X13 dish, I divided the cream cheese/ cool whip mixture into smaller two cup dishes. I will just add the pretzel mix and strawberries when I am ready to eat!
This sort of reminds me of the grape salad from Chickn Salad Chic. I found a copy cat recipe & made it for the adults at my granddaughter’s 1st birthday party. I served it in individual cups just like the restaurant does. This strawberry pretzel recipe would work well done the same way & I bet that pretzel part would stay crunchy if sprinkled on top too. I’m gonna have to try it next time I host. Thanks!

I think with a little tweaking, this could be made carb friendly. I’m gonna try that. Update: I brought it to a potluck, used blueberries and a no calorie powdered sweetener. I made the pretzel crumble but served it separately so I could enjoy the main event. Everyone was happy!

I made this recipe 2 times already. This stuff is dee licious! With the subtle taste of the cream cheese added to the whipped topping, the wonderful strawberries, and the crunch of the pecans and pretzel bits, wow what a delicious treat. So addictive. I put the pecan mixture in a separate container as well as the cut up strawberries and add them the same day that I plan to eat it. That way the pretzel bits stay crunchy. Pretty easy to make and it is a favorite now.😁😁💖💖
