Yes! Question does the rosemary stay hard in the rice? Do you pick it out when eating like the bay leaves? I noticed you really don't see the little leaves much after rice is steamed! I'm going to make this!

The answer is NO, it does not stay hard and you don't have to pick it out when done . And like you already noticed, you won't "really" see it when the food is ready.
