It's such a tasty snack too!!! I've tried to make akara before, but it always sink and absorb a lot of oil. Well, now I know to emulsify the bean batter, before frying! This was a very pleasant video, and easy to follow. Thank you so much for sharing!!!
Akara is one of my favourite snacks I love it a lot back home, after watching Lola Emmanuel TV akara recipe and yours, I will definitely make it this weekend. Looks delicious and fluffy 😋👌
That Beans was Well whisked! Thats the Best method! Love how it stayed on the Oil top🤣🤣like foam! Amazing outcome sis! My longer throat cant cope i Will make some soon. That colour eeeh choiii. Second method is my favorite NO eggs! Comes CRIPSY and crunchy on the outside😋😋😋😋

You're the best : sweat way To speak, very humble, explaining the différent steps of the procedures. I like the way you teach. Congratulations! A French speaking, 💖💐
Thank you it's good to learn from a good teacher and you will be a good teacher to others yourself. 😊❤. If you learn from a wise good person, you will be good and wise. You made basic akara recipe in an ultra modern way. Thank you for this distinctive video. Your presentation skill rocks. Please can you outline recipe.
Awesome recipe. another easy way to get your beans cleaned fast is to wash them immediately.. that way it takes less than 30minutes to get it all washed and clean.
Hello dear lady, I hope you’re well. I absolutely loved your video and I was really impressed by your cleanliness, simplicity and the skilful way in all of your steps. In Sudan, we also make this! The only difference is that we use soaked Tamarind juice instead of water to blend with the beans. It adds a nice earthy sourness to the final result. Keep up the wonderful work.
I love listening to you speak in Hausa. There are lots of videos of masa in English for those who want this in English but few to none in hausa. I am enjoying learning the food and language. Keep it up, sister. ❤
Remarkable! I remember having these, in bread, with a spoonful or two of onion gravy purchased from the ladies who sold their wares in the school cafeteria. You could also buy the same combo from street stalls. Never heard of it being consumed with custard or other 'paps' though. Then again W.Africa does have regional differences in similar dishes, for example the West African Angloshere 'Jollof rice'.
One of my best protein...Using blender to remove the peel makes it easier. I love how you added the egg,it will make it crunchy. I know it tasted very yummy...
