Didn't mention this in the video... Black line voltage wire and brown compressor wire are connected to the relay on the board. The relay allows low power on board to energize an electromagnet which closes a latch. Closing the latch allows the high voltage to flow through the circuit from the line voltage to the compressor. The black and brown wires... Along with the black fan wire are connected together.

I have an Inkbird ITC-308 WIFI controller for setting temperature in a homemade plant germination chamber. Using a crockpot filled with water for the heat works fine but the air conditioner does not always turn on. The power cord on the conditioner has reset--test buttons I have to push to get it to turn on and cool. It often goes off before cooling to the set temperature.
Air conditioner is: GE Model AHW05LZQ1
Will wiring the conditioner like you did in your video fix the problem? Is there an easier fix?

I just used a Honeywell industrial 0-100 thermostat wired in to the compressor relay of a 12k btu LG window unit. I ran the fan on high for a walk in cooler (around 34 degrees) for hanging meat and ran the fan on low (around 50)for a curing chamber for drying sausages. It worked like a champ. The cool bot thing was way over priced.

Have you figured out a way to run the defrost mode whenever it gets frosted up?

I ran one for a walk in cooler 28 to 38 compressor cycle temps and never had an issue with freezing up. I kept the fan on high all the time to aid in defrosting.

And for the defrost of the machine...how you do that with only one controller?

Naturally. The unit is turned off after the last delivery is made for the day. Since it rarely gets below freezing in Phoenix, it always thaws. It's turned on and gets cold before orders are picked up. If you live in an area where the temps can drop below freezing, you would definitely want to consider installing a heater to warm up the coils to maintain efficiency. The controller may already have the ability to control a heater but I'm not certain. It's turned on and gets cold before orders are picked up.

Ahhh why a good connection is a good connection regardless of the style.
It's a connection that's not being broken apart I highly suggest a pretwist joint. Quick connects are the number one culprit in fixtures not working. They give such a poor connection.

As operations scaled, traditional reefer trucks are being used. This was a great solution to start distributing products requiring temperature controlled transit. When the business began to scale, other commercial considerations were required so I transitioned to reefer trucks.
