Bro I've looked at a good amount of videos about this and I gotta say this is the best one simple straight to the point, I've learned how to do this before watching this video but other videos seems people try to make rocket science out of it , it's simple, thanks for being a real one goodluck on views

First off I want to thank you for the video. Here's what I came up with using your step by step instructions. My cooler 7Hx8Lx7W with 5" thick cooler panels. Built inside a 30' shipping container with a roof. I'm located in South Georgia. Go Georgia Southern Eagles! 1. I purchased a 10000 BTU Toshiba A/C and the exact materials listed in your video. Ok, I built this cooler to hold deer meat prior to processing. I want to keep the temperature between 36 & 38 dergrees. Here's my issue. I've only been able to keep the temperature between 40 & 45 degrees consistant for several days. My units keeps freezing up. I've set my controllers to 36, 37 & 38 degrees for room temp. and 29 - 34 degrees for fin temp. The lowest temp i've got in a 96 hour test run was 39 degrees and that was on Friday morning when the outside temp was 47 degrees. Now, I know that the outside temp. plays a roll. However, I have a co-worked that has the same setup I do and he has used a the same Coolbot for 11 years straight with no issues while maintaining a 36-38 degree temp. So, here's my assessmetnt. I think your method will work fine with the inkbirds for folks in the south who just want to keep veggies cool. From my experience, It's just to warm in the South for a meat cooler at the beginning of deer season. May work great when the temperatures in the south get cooler, say late November. So, I just wanted to let folks know about my experience in the deep south. Thanks

I have found moving the probe to different areas in the icy parts will help. But I'm guessing that your ac unit is probably undermanned for the heat you experience. I am in ny so right now average daily Temps are 40 to 50 f my cooler and cooling unit are also placed in the shade . Hope this helpa

@@joepayne9179 I started with probe at the bottom and gradually moved it until I reached the top. Had no effect. I tried everything. Worked with it for over a week. I ordered a coolbot yesterday. Once again thank for the video.

Nice job, I'm trying to set up a cool room myself using 2 InkBirds and the AC Unit. My question is what plugs into what. Example Does the Room Unit (InkBird 1) plug into Room Power, and the does InkBird 2 plug into InkBird 1? And does the Aircon Plug into Room Power or into one of the InkBirds? Hope you can help.

Sorry, I forgot about the Light, where does that plug into?

So the light just plugs into the wall. The condenser control plugs into the room temp then the ac is last in line. I don't think it makes a big difference witch one is first just that they all run in series hopes this helps good luck!

Which plug on the ink bird do you use heating or cooling?

You ever have the inkbird that controls room temp (the one getting turned on and off) reset to factory? Mine keeps switching to 77F which is concerning because we have a cow hanging now.

Sounds like you have a bad controller. After 4 years of operation 1 of mine quit turning on all together. So I just replaced it
