Dude, only the upper blade is cutting, lower one is only rubbing the wood! you should invert the lower blade so that both blades cut the wood properly!

I also noticed that and will try with each blade facing opposite, the right, directions.

The problem im having is the wood break off in thr drill how can I keep them from breaking?
He hand chisels the beginning of the wood like a pencil to ease the stress. It's like drilling a pilot hole.

I had one that I go half way done a broke in the drill? Maybe my wood is to soft

Are the toothed blades pieces of a coping saw blade?,or would coping saw blades work?
jig saw blades. coping saw blades would probably work provided they're not to thin. worth a try however.
