- Today we are making Disney's actual recipe for the Jack Jack's Num Num Cookies, found at Hollywood Studios and Disneyland! These massive, wonderful cookies are beyond delicious! Golden, crispy outer edges with soft, chewy centers, and lots and lots of chocolate. Easily shareable, but once you take a bite, you probably won't want to.
You can also freeze these cookies by wrapping them individually, and they will keep in the freezer for up to 3 months. To thaw, just leave out on the counter until room temperature, and enjoy!

MMMMMMMMMMMM...Now this is a great reason to crank up the KitchenAid mixer! Oh, by the way, the liners are 3.5 inches...not 9 inch...9 inches would be as big as a cake!

If you leave the eggs to the end you avoid over mixing and getting a tough cookie. As the moisture activates the gluten in the flour
