I need help ! I’m losing weight but recently I’ve been calculating what’s fat what’s carbs and what’s protein of my daily intake my protein is always low. I’m staying at a calorie deficient, but I know that I need more protein so I burn fat and not muscle. I learned that from you I do use recipes that you make but like I said, I’m so picky, I’m kind of sad about it.

I’m giving this another shot, I ended up in a bad mental place when I last tried this 2 years Ago. (Not because of the ‘diet’) All the effort I put in is gone and I’m now back to where I started. I made a lot of progress. I’m 6’4”, when I started I weighed around 205lbs, and I got down to 162lbs. I got pretty lean, didn’t have much muscle to show for it either as I was Well in the calorie deficit. AMR 2950 calories, struggling to consume 1500 calories a day. (3 Protein shakes a day plus 1 main meal mostly consisting of Protein and Fibre) But still getting near 200g protein a day. I want to get back to that, and then bulk and put on some muscle. I have the frame for it, just struggle with motivation Currently 202lbs. Aiming for 170lbs.
