When angry, move. If sitting, lay down - if laying , sit up. Keep your lips engaged in zikr. This is so easy to say but sometimes so difficult to do but it's the best thing to do.
Inhale, exhale and Sabr.
Advice to myself first.

Brother Nouman, u said that no one is refused Bayyinah membership. You r correct. Nobody is refused but everybody is also not granted its membership. there are 19k+ people waiting to get in and get some precious gems of Quran....but can't as they dont have $11 to give you.
