I´m a recent convert from Latin America. The last few months I was at my lowest point of faith, and then I began to notice that being an outsider began to affect me a lot. I'm trying to keep that fuse from going out. Your speech was a powerful reminder to do so.

brother i swear to god i noticed this so much ! iam muslim and live in a msulim community (algeria) and i swear i talked with a friend 3 days ago about this topic ! this friend is someone who made tawbah , and i didnt see him for 2 years and was so happy he returned to allah , but most of our friends thought it was weird ! bro they even thought he got depressed or someone did magic on him , we found it hilarious sobhanlah these times , may allah grant us jannah and bring us close to him

This is literally what I am currently dealing with. And I live in a Muslim Majority country. The struggle is real.
Thanks as always brother, I need to hear these. "Defending Islam against Muslim" this is hard. Always attacked is heartbreaking and weary.
Being religious or trying to practice religion brings a sincerity test. Are we to convince people that we are not thieves, liars, victims, opressed, pedophils etc. Can't we be just believers?
With a strong iman, you will even not feel the injustice. It will pearl up from your body as drops on a slippery leaf skin. I simply dont care anymore what others non belivers thinks about me. Its my life, my iman, my understanding and it is thank God high like the Mt Everest. I just want to be a good person trying convince others I am not the bad guy. But even not because I care about their opinion but because I care about making good deeds bringing me nearer and closer toward jannah and in name of Allah swt. Islam is for me the real throught, and the path, if all human kind would follow, no hunger, no criminality, no injustice would be. Enough for me to be thankful to live it as it is!
May you pass the tests of Allah & May Allah reward you more in this duniya and in after life.

Amazing khutbah that reminds us to check the foundation of our Eman/ belief.
Unfortunately many of us who were raised Muslim by Muslim parents are following Islam because it’s the way of our forefathers.
Notice the people who follow the ways of their forefathers are criticised by Allah in the Quran!
We are stuck in following culture over religion and pleasing the people around us over Allah most of the time and we’re barely even aware of it!

Again an important and beneficial lecture from the Ustadh.
He pointed upon the importance of strengh of belief through the challenges of modern society.
This is a wonderful argument and truth itself.
However the question is how to strenghten the belief.
He states that Our Book has the ultimate power to strenghten our belief. That is again a delicate point.
Brothers, sisters... in line of this statement, in Turkey we have a commentary (tafseer) of Qur'an, adresses the problem of intellectual challenges against the belief and offers logical arguments derived from the Quran. By this way it strenghtens our iman and many youth in Turkey can witness this effect.
So I also advice you brothers and sisters to check the tafseer: Risale i Nur collection written by Bediuzzaman Said Nursi.
May Allah protect our belief in these tough times.

FROM 19:20 - TO 20:15 "The question is what is so powerful that they're giving up everything everything that they desire inside they're giving it up every pressure from outside they dont care about it and they're still coming to the prophet s.w.a and they would rather be tortured to death then go back this cannot be something weak. this cannot be something oh just im muslim noo this is something really powerful its a fire inside them that no matter what you cant put it out you cant put it out this is all a believer needs

لَاۤ اِكْرَاهَ فِي الدِّيْنِ ۟ۙ قَدْ تَّبَيَّنَ الرُّشْدُ مِنَ الْغَيِّ ۚ فَمَنْ يَّكْفُرْ بِالطَّاغُوْتِ وَيُؤْمِنْۢ بِاللّٰهِ فَقَدِ اسْتَمْسَكَ بِالْعُرْوَةِ الْوُثْقٰي لَا انْفِصَامَ لَهَا ؕ وَاللّٰهُ سَمِيْعٌ عَلِيْمٌ
There shall be no compulsion in [acceptance of] the religion. The right course has become distinct from the wrong. So whoever disbelieves in ṭāghūt[1] and believes in Allāh has grasped the most trustworthy handhold with no break in it. And Allāh is Hearing and Knowing.
دین کے بارے میں کوئی زبردستی نہیں، ہدایت ضلالت سے روشن ہوچکی ہے[1] ، اس لئے جو شخص اللہ تعالیٰ کے سوا دوسرے معبودوں کا انکار کرکے اللہ تعالیٰ پر ایمان ﻻئے اس نے مضبوط کڑے کو تھام لیا، جو کبھی نہ ٹوٹے گا اور اللہ تعالیٰ سننے واﻻ، جاننے واﻻ ہے۔

Al-Baqarah 2:257
اَللّٰهُ وَلِيُّ الَّذِيْنَ اٰمَنُوْا ۙ يُخْرِجُهُمْ مِّنَ الظُّلُمٰتِ اِلَي النُّوْرِ ؕ وَالَّذِيْنَ كَفَرُوْۤا اَوْلِيٰٓـُٔهُمُ الطَّاغُوْتُ ۙ يُخْرِجُوْنَهُمْ مِّنَ النُّوْرِ اِلَي الظُّلُمٰتِ ؕ اُولٰٓئِكَ اَصْحٰبُ النَّارِ ۚ هُمْ فِيْهَا خٰلِدُوْنَ
Allāh is the Ally[1] of those who believe. He brings them out from darknesses into the light. And those who disbelieve - their allies are ṭāghūt. They take them out of the light into darknesses.[2] Those are the companions of the Fire; they will abide eternally therein.
ایمان ﻻنے والوں کا کارساز اللہ تعالیٰ خود ہے، وه انہیں اندھیروں سے روشنی کی طرف نکال لے جاتا ہے اور کافروں کے اولیاء شیاطین ہیں۔ وه انہیں روشنی سے نکال کر اندھیروں کی طرف لے جاتے ہیں، یہ لوگ جہنمی ہیں جو ہمیشہ اسی میں پڑے رہیں گے۔
