I am a wife and I have anger problems but I cry everytime after being to much angry at my husband for a mistake he made or anybody else who I happend to be angry at because I know that much anger is not allowed I cry to ALLAH to humble me to give me respect for other people. The international health organization declared video games a "disorder"...so, mr. Gaming is Fun, stop playing video games and i promise you, your anger will decrease dramatically insha Allah. I have a son and he's different now because he stopped playing video games but once a week.

Change starts NOW! Force yourself! Force yourself to control your anger, force yourself to say good positive things so your children can confide in you an so that your household can be positive! Force yourself so you wont get high blood pressure and the sickness can go away, force yourself so you can look younger longer. Dont learn the hard way so that your children can pick up the same bad habits but force yourself to change NOW so they can live better off in life. Ameen

I used to smile all the time, at everybody, especially strangers. The kaferin & jealous have made it to wipe it off my face. I'm sad all the time now & angry with everybody. I can see now they saw me smiling & shaytan told them to wipe the smile off her face 😧 God forgive me if I'm accusing anyone but they're happy now. So I'm going to make double triple the effort to smile & be kind again. insha'Allah 🙏🏽🕯️💕 not for "me" but for the highest good of all.

I am 17 years old going to 18 this year but I didnt even speak to my father in my problem cause he always get angry and I am afraid of that also I have patience I always get angry thanks for this reminder I will try my best to control it not just saying it but I will smake an action and effort to avoid it
