Heyo! This video took much longer than usual, but I'm still here! The month of March was a difficult one for me health wise. But I'm almost back to 100% and ready to start kicking ass again. Thank you for your patience and understanding! The script for part 2 is almost complete. Then we're on to a most... bloody city, horrid nightmare, and a most vile hunt. Onwards! -Tip
Just a thought I had after the Majora video, The eye of Majora looks quite similar to Midna's mask... and Midna's powered up tentacle form has similarities to Majora's Incarnation and Wrath. It's as if the Interlopers used Masks as magical mediums, and could share an origin with Majora.
I appreciate that she uses music from the areas in the story as she narrates because its really immersive and captivating because it immediately brings back memories of each part of the game. 🎉😊
The grace of a sledge hammer honestly describes Midna's actions in the first act of the game as a whole. Till the mid game event where things change she basically has a steak on a stick leading Lnik around by the nose and a cudgel to smack him for not following the steak...
I just love your dash of humor to your eloquent fairy-tale narration.😂 It seamlessly switches from the voice of a graceful and elegant storyteller to a VERY peeved gamer, and I love it!🤣
I always thought it was interesting how (before the Hyrule historia even came out) TP Link seemed connected to Hero's shade, he knew Epona's song, lived in a tree yet was also a ranch hand. The direct connection to Ocarina made sense even without the Historia confirming details. Then you add the displacement of the Gerudo and the Arbiter's grounds to the mix and it really paints an interesting picture. It points to some kind of gerudo/hylian war, started when Child Link warned past Zelda about what Ganondorf would do in the future. What happened to OoT Link after Majora's mask really interests me. I want answers, and maybe even another game where we finally get to see an old man Link, and how he died.
If you really think about it, OoT Link most likely somehow entered the Twilight Realm at some point since he carried the Triforce of Courage after going back to his own time, thus turning him into a wolf the moment he got there and starting the Twili's prophecy of a Sacred Beast saving them. Like he had to have known at some point that one who had the Triforce of Courage and/or a descendant would come in contact with Twilight to turn them into a wolf, otherwise there'd be no point in him making the Howling Stones. It's crazy.
The exquisite humour of "Nipple chicken" and the profound sadness of ending on Midna's near-death, both in an excellent video. I've been binging these and I honestly can't wait for part 2!
Nipple Chicken caught me so off guard XD (Also, you are weirdly educational in terms of character motivations and things--which is uber helpful for an aspiring writer. Keep up the awesome work!)
For anyone confused how Ganon survived the execution: When Adult Link was sent back to his original time, he had ownership of the Triforce of Courage. Arriving back to his child body and the child timeline, Link inadvertently caused that timelines Triforce, which was still locked in the Sacred Realm, to split. Link got the ToC, Zelda got the piece of Wisdom, and Ganondorf got Power. When the Sages executed Ganondorf, the Triforce of Power revived him. Sending him to the Twilight Princess was their only hope in that moment.
I feel like a child listening to this. It didn't matter how many times my father read the same bedtime story to me. I still wanted him to read it to me. Even though i knew the story by heart. Its the same feeling here. Though no one has told me the story, i know it by heart, and its so nice
@@FroggoLoverThingsthe graphics have held up nice. I used to have a ds lite which the graphics isn't as good as i remember it. But twilight. Oh man it still holds up
You do such an amazing job with story telling. I’ve watched summaries of lots of games with gripping stories, yet find the retelling of them to feel empty. Your storytelling however, fantastic!!! You keep the mood and suspense that came with the original tellings in the games they are in. I love this channel!
I've only found you recently, but Im so thoroughly enjoying being here. Comfort and storytelling about my favourite and dear games, your voice has soothed me so much. Thank you so much for what you do, its wonderful. ❤️
I lol’d pretty hard at “party time tentacles”. I love your style of narration and writing, and am definitely gonna be checking out the other videos in this series; you’ve got my subscription, absolutely!
No meme, I think you might be my favorite content creator. The surge of dopamine I get when I see a new video, or that you went live is a feeling I haven't felt in a while
Twilight Princess has always been my favorite game of all time, and its so nice to see that you did a video on it. Hearing your magnificent voice talk about something I love so much is absolutely incredible, thank you so much!
You leave us on that cliffhanger!? I mean, I know what happens... But that moment when playing Twilight Princess... it broke my heart... It made me rush to the castle with renewed purpose... Fetting fet fet, I got teary eyed when you described that. Can't wait for the next part to come out.
LMMFAO "One by one Link manages to track down each of the three elders and their keys. And of course Nipple Chicken!!!!!! lol i literally laughed so hard at that!
I love these videos! It's great to be able to relive the story of a Legend of Zelda game even when I don't have time to replay it and your narration is perfect! One minor complaint, however. At 44:44 when talking about Zora's Domain being frozen, you mention that "another hero of the past once faced this exact predicament." Which is not true, because Adult Lnik never visited Zora's Domain in the Child Timeline. I see it as that same event, finally happening after a long delay. As with all of Twilight Princess's similarities to Ocarina of Time. It's not history repeating itself, it's history that was supposed to happen, now finally happening.
Only have played majora’s mask because I have it on the 3ds but I wish I could play all the games but your story telling makes it feel like I played the game and gives a great perspective on the character for the whole series
absolutely Loving these videos, never got too into any of the Zelda games growing up but watching all the content you have on them has made me start playing keep up the great videos can't wait for the next one!
There's usually always something new to learn... I just ran through some tv tropes and learned Nintendo brought back Link's VA from Ocarina of Time to play the Hero's Shade... Foreshadowing who he was YEARS before the Hyrule Historia confirmed it.
Tank, You get me with these. Every time, I've played most of these games but you bring them back in grand style. Thank you for being your awesome self.
Love your videos! Your vocal performance really enhances the experience when someone else would just read words on a paper without emotion. I hope you consider doing age of calamity one day as I really think your narration skills and emotional vocal performance would lend really well to age of calamity’s story as well as setting (i.e. describing the battle scenes of the game etc) looking forward to the next video!!!
This is awesome to stumble upon. I love listening to stuff in the background and Twilight Princess has consistently been my favorite Zelda experience since I played it. Seeing it narratively delivered like some sort of mythological epic really does it justice in my opinion.
What is it with Magicians finding Cursed Horror Demon Objects? Why do we even have those? The Goddesses are Capricious . I also find it interesting the Shiekah torture dungeons were move out of Hyrule to the Gerudo Desert. Out of sight, out of Mind. Until it isn't.....
Your readings always bring such gravitas and wonder to the stories, making a telling of them feel as meaningful, if not moreso, than playing through the adventures did.
I discovered your channel 3 minutes ago and already love it! I don't know if you do this already, but you have the perfect voice for reading audiobooks/voice acting!
I must incline my humility to confess that your written narratives surfs the internet web with few who at minimum could call themselves your equal. Those below you are pondscum, and those above you look upon your passion with admiration, and secretive envy. You are like a story princess of UA-cam. -Pain.
I've always wanted to play this but never got the time for it and your videos are just amazing. I've watched all your legend of zelda ones so far and your content is just amazing. Very looking forward to the type of content you'll cover in the future! (and the other parts of this ofc)

It's more than ok. You do incredible at telling the story its always so good to see new lore stories you produce

Worth the wait

"With the subtly.. of a sledgehammer"
I love how Link's name is now [ Lnik ] whenever NPCs talk to him.
I love pretty much every single aspect of these videos lol
I love it too

A third Hero Of Time game would be amazing, there's so much that happens between Majorad Mask and TP they could definitely fit a game in
Now with the latest Trailer for Tears of the Kingdom, "It points to some kind of gerudo/hylian war" seems, in my mind, very likely.
Check out A Heros Purpose by MajorLink. Its fan made but still a good story of the hero of time after majoras mask
The exquisite humour of "Nipple chicken" and the profound sadness of ending on Midna's near-death, both in an excellent video. I've been binging these and I honestly can't wait for part 2!

the emotion of dislike of the water temple is definitely felt 😂 but love the professional way it was well put, is just 🥰

I love the tiny bits of personality she gives too. Like calling the Goron a "butt head", and of course Nipple Chicken.
The way the begging was said, reminded me a lot of the lord of the rings prologue, and that’s great.

Right as I'm planning on buying TP on the gamecube. Never even watched you before and your timing is impeccable.
It's a long time since I played Twilight Princess, but I still have fond memories of it, and your retelling captures the mood of this game perfectly.

I love the Hylian method of medicine: stare fixedly at the patient until something changes. Works well for their method of problem solving too.
It makes me really happy that there are still videos being made about Twilight Princess.
