You are assuming all pain is evil or bad. Some pain is good and necessary like giving birth. Love will always come with pain different types like worry, disappointments, and missing someone, death, etc.
Learn to be emotionally resilient instead of sensitive and projecting insecurities, assuming bad and not learning or listening.
