It's beautiful and I would. But only if strata didn't exist.
It's because it's an infill property. I believe condo fees are essentially non existent on this one and will only have an annual contribution from each owner to cover 1/4 the cost of the insurance policy.

I don't love it. Too small and i don't like the finishing. Looks like a low income rental. No warmth, but i do realize that younger buyers favour this cold generic esthetic.

I guarantee it’s poorly insulated and soundproofing. Very common now and the inside walls have no insulation so u hear ever fart down the hall…
