Hey everyone! If you live in New York and want me to tour your apartment & tell your story, send me a message on instagram - instagram.com/iamcashjordan
Enlightening and entertaining as always, Cash! Funny story behind that tall building nearby you called "weird". It was built recently and there was a lawsuit over it during construction. Local advocates claimed it illegally built higher than its air rights allowed. At one point, a judge ruled that the top 20-or-so floors had to be removed! Luckily that was overruled! P.S. you missed Solid State Coffee in the neighborhood tour (I think it might be on the same block). It's like getting coffee in a joint designed by the set designers of the movie "2001".
Another gorgeous place which most of us mortals cannot afford. It has so many walk in closets it is mind-bending. Only a rock star or an acting celebrity can afford this sweet place. Again, it fuels my every girly housing fantasy. I would enjoy the surrounding neighborhood and all it has to offer, including that Japanese Street Fair, the Museum of Natural History, and a short trip to Zabar’s, the Opera, the Ballet, and concerts.
also great to have separate space for staff that you might have living with you (housekeeper, nanny, cook, security, etc) that you would have with this much money. 😊
Cash- This was the perfect NYC Palace. A mere 26 million. OY! It is a masterpiece of architectural genius. The Guggenheim staircase was breathtaking. Loved all the textures. Happy it had an elevator. Lovely ladies to interact with. I am sure this video will benefit a quicker sale. You are so talented. Never stop using your humor. Great and amazing work. Keep going!☮️👏👏👏👏
I love this one even more than yesterday’s! Thank God it has a elevator! It’s light and breezy. I think most family time would be spent in the great room area because it’s cozy. All the bathrooms are gorgeous and I love all the outdoor spaces!!!
I am really surprised that these million dollar homes are filled with so much particle board or pressed wood. I guess it's just a difference of appeal. Thanks for showing
Wow, they covered everything when designing this amazing home. I feel like a country mouse just looking at it. Thanks Cash for showing this, I really enjoyed it.😊
Two in a row. This is super great as well! Indoor and out . Well thought out space, you did a great job on the benefits and why we should buy it! Thank you for sharing!😊
Another amazing modern townhouse from the street level instead of thirty stories high. See yesterday's video. This is a dream townhouse. You know it's really moving on up when you have a separate kitchen for the guest-entertaining floor. The only thing that is missing is the pool.
Nine minutes ago... YES, I'm anxiously waiting and watching every morning! Lol ❤ ❤❤ Best daily show on earth!! ...Lean history, local hot spots ((& places to avoid - won't mention those restaurant names, Cash can ;) )), meet great people and so much more 🎉🎉

I live in Canada too. I heard the triple paned windows were only practical for north facing walls. Otherwise they amplify heat more if you put them in the south walls.
Cash, I can picture you staying in an home like this one. Your optimistic energy for New York Real Estate everyday says you deserve an home like this one. I also deserve it. I see you looking out the huge modern day windows everyday sitting on the couch.
I keep thinking about how many people that would have to share this place to make it affordable. The kicker is that if you could find enough people, they'd fit!
Ha! I'm unfamiliar with a Japanese Street Fair. I must keep that in mind. I'd enjoy that! BEAUTIFUL townhome to such a point that there are no words for it. I loved those stove/range bars, that kitchen nook, and WINE FRIDGE! I would have loved to have seen what this looked like prior to the gut renovation but this is a renovation that I definitely like! But... WOWEE! $26M!!! I'm sure it's priced correctly but I don't think I could ever spend that type of money for a NYC townhome. Instead (while watching this) I was jealous of the Designers that did this job and the Real Estate Agents who will get a HUGE commission once it sells!

You don't remember last year (I think) when Cash did a video around CPW & the Natural History Museum for the Japan Day Parade? Knew you would love that wine fridge! In my rich europan country and capital city, I see quite a bit of rich people riding the metro. The oldest metro line (built 1898) runs through some of the richest parts of the city.
