FJ Cruiser Overland Drawer System with loads of storage space!!!

- Just finished wrapping up a new project...a custom drawer system for a 2007 FJ Cruiser! The customer is an avid outdoorsman who loves camping and riding dirt bikes...which naturally go well together! The goal was to build a custom drawer system to fit all his gear, fridge and kitchen needs to allow him to use the FJ as a true base camp for his moto-expeditions.

Thank you! I use birch plywood built with glue and pocket hole screws, then painted with Raptor Liner. They come out very strong and hold up really well.

thanks! anything that is tall can go there....if it were mine, I'd put food in it and parts/tools in the storage where the rear seat is.
Ok this is amazing. Been looking for a drawer system and can’t find one that fits my needs. This nails it perfectly. I have a black cherry fj also. Where are you located? How much does it weigh?

How much does something like this cost?
This was a custom build for a client who was able to drop off and leave their FJ with me. Just the rear drawers and fridge slide combo would be around $1500 as reference.

is this raptor liner available in spray cans or do you need special equipment?
It is available in spray cans however I don't recommend it. When you buy the kit on Amazon, it comes with a spray gun and all you need is an air compressor to shoot the paint.
