My man says he'll never paint like the masters and proceeds to create a carbon copy of the original work
I especially love the way you talk us through process whole painting process from beginning to the end, the limited palette, building up the volume of her delicate complexion etc
Your gift is to teach, I understand what you saying
Thank you so much🐾
Thank you Antonis, The painting and your spoken intellectual process are very useful. An Inspiration on detail in portraiture. Molte grazie.

Love your spirit and things you say, you seem like a very uplifting and positive person!!!! Thanks for that ❤
I love this! I want to paint an icon...but as you did this one, in oil. I just love this painting with the rosey cheeks and cooler gray color of the neck. Your blending is so soft and smooth. Your English is really pretty good and the content is taught very understandable and thoughtful for your students! Good work and I thank you!
I love watching the process of this coming to life. She is lovely!

Did he use only acrylic or he used oil colors on an acrylic base?
Hi, Antonio, nice to see you back! About distractions, there must have been some in the past, too. There is an anecdote about Filippo Lippi having to be locked in a room by his patron Cosimo de Medici, so he would paint instead of party (he would escape through the window instead). Caravaggio was known for focusing on his painting for about two weeks, then swagger for a month or two, from tavern to tavern. Delacroix said that in his youth he had to force himself to paint during the day and only the self-promise that he would go to a ballroom by the evening would keep him at it. Maybe most of the painters will be dead serious about their work though because otherwise they would have faced famine.
Its ok your english is actually very good not bad at all
Mmm... wet on wet blending is nice... Yr English language is fine... thank you...
