    Your vlogs have had a positive impact on my life Tim, after a Achilles injury I couldn't run your videos showed me how many other activities there are u can do to get that endorphin rush and how I shouldn't let running identify me. appreciate your videos, I'm slowly becoming a younger version of you 😂

      My achilles bone spurs stopped me dead in my tracks, but after years of not running, and doing rehab, they don't hurt at all anymore.

    I have not been receiving notifications for your content but I still wish to respectfully and most sincerely wish you a healthy and productive New Year. I had those Achilles issues until I changed over to midfoot strike and continue to be a runner even though I have a broken toe from the 90's....we find a way to work around it and of course be grateful...to be able to do so~

      I will try. Getting the camera out when preparing food or eating is not easy for me... but I'll see what I can do :)

    You should really try peptides to help you heal I am taking PBC 157 in tablet form and it works wonders.
