Dear Mr. Ninno, the use of a keypad adapter is required to allow perfect adhesion of the N-Com keypad to the N100-5 helmet shell. The component was sold separately until the end of August 2017. It is instead included in the package produced starting from September 2017. We therefore advise you to check the presence of the adapter inside the product package. If it is missing, the component can be ordered from your trusted dealer with the following code: SPCOM00000073.
Does the B902 work with Android voice commands? I would like to be able to press a button on the N-com unit and have my phone listen so I can tell the phone to navigate to a new destination, or to play specific music. For example "OK Google, navigation to home", or "Play my riding playlist".
Dear KaldekBoch, you can activate your smartphone assistant by pressing the “ON” key and keeping it pressed for about 2 seconds (voice call function). For further details, see the instruction manual.

If I have the 902 r is there any way to add ESS?
Dear insi76, The ESS system cannot be installed on a helmet already equipped with the N-Com communication system.
