That 7,500 gold option is Tundra Homestead. It's not part of the base game and you buy it from the creation club, but you probably knew that already. It also comes fully furnished so you don't have to pay extra for that. Has a lot of cool collectible displays in the basement and imo looks way better than Breezehome.
