the tip about scheduling your listings for the weekend and Mondays is brilliant, ngl
Good video, a few things that might help...
The paper mesh wrap stuff is great, takes up less space but doesnt fully replace bubble wrap imo, worth having both
Selco have loads of good boxes at their exit free to take if your local to one
They sell dispenser's for rolls of wrap and paper etc, im sure your capable of making your own out of some scrap wood and a metal pole, really helpful and you can wall mount it so its out of the way but there when you need it
A tape gun helps for packing, and also grab a few rolls of 3inch tape, its a game changer for big boxes, worth the extra cost
Pallet wrap is also good for big items, or things that are sturdy enough as they are eg tool box and just a quick wrap of pallet wrap will do the job
Turn on "payment required" on buy it now items to avoid non payers
The listing daily is good, but the most important is the actual total number, although activity is good on your account for ebay, the main thing is have as much listed as possible. The one thing i do think works is the end listing and relist with a few changes to title and description if something has been hanging around too long.
One last thing, keep a big box of your items not worth listing, and sell them off at the boot sale. Youll always end up with things broken or just not worth listing from bulk buys etc but someone might want it for cheap at the boot sale
Keep it up!
Great work ethic dude, looks likes you are super motivated and passionate about this. 🙌
I am! Thank you!
Get yourself a tape gun for when your packing up, saves abit of time and saves faffing finding the end of the tape all fhe time! 😂 loving the content buddy
Yea I have one now aha. Filmed this weeks ago.
Always enjoy these videos watching the process 👍🏼
Glad you like them!
Enjoying the organisation of the notes and boxes/shelves etc
Great vid! I've been dabbling on eBay and Amazon for a while and the potential is massive. Would love you to do a vid on your profits after eBay fees, postage etc. And how you handle postage - I've had two parcels lost last week alone!
Great video mate, what's the name of your postal weighing scales? i need one myself.
Sorry i'm not sure to be honest. I'll have to check tomorow.
Love the content mate I’ve recently started buying and re selling part time whilst working 40+ hours a week as a chef great advice keep it up
I hope its going well for you!
Greeting from across the pond! Great video!
Thanks for watching
Great content mate, both the business and UA-cam channel seem to be growing!
The reason you probably sold that Wii for more than others had listed was because of your photos. You have nice photos with good lighting and a backdrop. When people see stuff like that it paints the picture that what you're selling is high quality/good condition and well looked after - in this case people don't mind spending a bit more.
As for the PS4 controller, as other have mentioned you can always sell it as third-party. But what I'd personally do is hold onto it in case you get a PS4 console and bundle the controller with it. - Then make sure you write in the description something along the lines of "Controller is not OEM, consider it a bonus item to get you started.". You may not get anything for it but it'll be an incentive for someone to buy the bundle.
Thanks! Yes it's going well. I ended up selling the controller at a car boot. Got my money back.
Thanks for watching!
Great info Tom. I was wondering about the promoted listings feature. I might give it a go. Thanks
Yes it definitely helps!
Great Vid Tom! Would be interesting to see a video of your listing process through a screen capture or such. It is getting closer to prime eBay selling time come Autumn/Winter, so keep up the hardwork and you will be raking it in then!
That box hack is genius
Great video mate, I can't wait to start my re-selling business next year. Been stocking up in the loft! Got some absolute amazing items! Love how organised you are! I've just subbed so it's 49% now 😂😂 keep it up buddy
Best of luck!
great video, with the multiple consoles same box, I use to bag up the console and then put a raffle ticket number to the back so I know which one and put that in the sku system
That's a great idea! Thanks
Great video again mate 👏 I've had a pair of Solomon boots size 7.5 I bought with bag also for a fiver and I can't give them away lol 😂 crazy
How much do you shift ps2 game bundles for, just out of interest? And how many do you tend to put in a bundle? I can never seem to shift ps2 games (probably because they were so mass produced?) Games on other consoles seem to shift just fine though.
The big bundle of 30 games in this video I sold for £50
Mmm, never thought to actively look for vintage racing bikes, my Dad was an amateur cycling champion so I have his knowledge available.
I used to be into vintage bikes myself so I knew Holdsworth bikes go for good money. I sold it for 180 but if I stripped it down and sold the parts separately I would of got more than double that.
What are those lights you use for taking photos and where did you get them?
Newer lights. Amazon.
Great video! Time to.invest in a pair of scissors to cut the bubble wrap though!
I do have some aha but ripping is faster lol
You can still sell the the contorller 3rd party. If it works throw it up for £15 and see how you go.
Just write *not genuine/official/3rd party*
Love your vids mate props to you
Thanks!
Great channel, looks like a lot of fun ngl
It is! I love it!
Reselling king 👑
Aha thanks! 😂
Banging vid, always picking up some tips and tricks, what scale do you use? Do you recommend the type you use or a small ish industrial type one? Also any tips on what items to avoid ? Or wheres the best place to source other then car boots, nice one, 👍
No idea what my scale is tbh just a cheap one off ebay. I get stuff from marketplace, auctions and various contacts i know.
@@TOMS_TAT cheap one is all you need in it, jobs a good'un, went to a car boot today actually possibly spent too much 😂 probably worth jack, fb marketplace is handy unfortunately I don't drive so bit of a ball ache, but I can find a work around, appreciate the reply and tips and whatnot still learning but we'll get there nice one lad 👍
Great vid! I was wondering, do you have your own label printer? If so which is it?
Yes I do have one. not sure on exact model but i think it's a Zebra one.
No matter just watched another one and you've sorted it lol
Do you test your games mate , one by one before listing
Only if they are very scratched.
Hi Tom what lights do you use?
Neewer lights from amazon
Mate just buy big strong envelopes rap game in bobble wrap , less hassle and it's envelope size
Great insight into reselling mate good video keep it up. Btw how do i get my phone to kerching? 🙂
Kerching?
@@TOMS_TAT When you make a sale on eBay your phone makes the kerching like a till opening. 😂
@@danknowlesgaming oh aha, tbh I'm not sure. Mine just does it when it wants to lol sometimes it makes the noise, sometimes it doesn't. 🤣
great content
Thanks!
Really enjoying watching your channel. Starting from the start feels like were going with you!

Yea I have one now haha i filmed this all a few weeks ago.
Nice tom 👍 where did you get you light from on the wall ?
Zanvis neon from Ameria

Because most people do 2%. If you do 2.1% your listings will show up above all the others.
Great vid 👏
Thanks!
Smashed it with the nail guns, fair play for splitting it all up for more ££
Yea I made some good money on thouse. Going to keep an eye out for more. They sell fast and for good money even if their broken lol

Great vid and some great tips. I've always been pretty sceptical of promoted listings. Interesting that you feel the are worth the extra fees.
