2. BENCH PRESS - 4 (Working) sets of 10-12 reps.
Rest: 1 mins.
3. BARBELL BICEP CURLS 10-12 reps + OVERHEAD DUMBBELL TRICEP EXTENTION 10-12 reps- 4 sets.
4. HIGH LEG CRUNCHES [50 reps] + LEG RAISE [20 reps] + OBLIQUE CRUNCHES [20 reps each side]- 4 sets.
TUESDAY-

WEDNESDAY-
1. OVERHEAD BARBELL SHOULDER PRESS- 4 sets of 10-12 reps.
Rest: 1 mins.

This is what I wanted. Nobody takes time to properly explain. They all brush through or some times nothing at all. This dude has definitely made working out more understandable and sensible. I'm excited to gain some weight ❤
I remember when I was in college, I started doing pushups everyday, started with like 15 then 30 after some more time 50. Then started doing it in sets of 20. I was skinny af. But then after like 3-4 months started seeing change in my upper body. Then I started full body workouts(non gym) at home. Did light cardio everyday and made sure I was on home diet. My body changed drastically. Consistency is the key. Your muscles need to be activated. Although I did not gain too much bulk. I started looking good in anything I wore.
