The Nostalgia Project

For the USC class CTPR 285, students were given the assignment to create a short film under 2 minutes that elicits a certain emotion from the audience. All music had to be original, and the project had to be shot, edited, and uploaded in under a week.
My selected emotion was Nostalgia.

Finally, something new! Got me thinking about the old TV shows I loved watching as a kid. The line about how nobody ever really grows up, just learns how to act in public was perfect.
I've seen some of the videos/short films you've posted on here and on your site, and I just have to say that I love your work. Everything about Alleys of Wrath was amazing! With each sequel, everything got 2x bigger and better i.e. the character development, plot, graphics, pacing and acting. It was loads of fun to watch; the humor sticking out the most for me. Personally I would watch it if it was a legit movie or TV show. Guilty pleasure much? Of course Run With Me gave me the feels. The fact it was based on a true story added more to it. The opening scene with that Mumford and Sons song really set the mood. I don't have a disability, but I can relate to feeling helpless yet still deciding to try hard anyways despite the circumstances. Earth Friends had the A.O.W. crew in it, which was fun to watch. The Most Beautiful Thing was well, beautiful. I have to give you props for telling a love story without that much dialogue. Nick Lopez is a pretty versatile actor.
Also your graduation speech was awesome! Enough compliments, you're talented and I hope to see more of your work around.

Great video, has me filled with nostalgia missing & thinking of my childhood. Acting/being a grown up can be a drag but I still get my moments when I let the inner child out to jump in rain puddles or jump in a pile of leaves :-)
