Based on true events, this short film, written and directed by Cameron Covell, follows Matt, a boy with cerebral palsy, as he decides to run in his school's track meet.

I was born with a minor case of cerebral palsy, which makes it hard for me to run. I'm always slower than the others and it's really frustrating physically and emotionally. I joined the track team this year and as hard it was, I was determined to push myself and build up my potential as much as I could. Watching this video has helped inspire me to keep going and that I can do hard things♥️

All this makes me want to cry! I'm in track, basketball, soccer, cross-country, and equestrian. Mainly basketball is what I focus on. I have a lot of personal issues that results me being suicidal. There is no way I would be able to be still alive without sports. I wouldn't live without basketball 😢😢😢😭😭😭

Truly you have been one of the main reason I fell in love with film-making. I'm a screenwriter, director, and actor. I just had to express this to you man! Great job! Love it!

Nick Lopez is a wonderful actor, who has appeared in other short films. He is totally absorbed into his character, and always gives a touching and emotional impetus in all of his performances. God bless his future.

This was a beautiful short film.
I just know it was truly a difficult and hard task for him, very painful, to run for this film. The guy at the end, lying about the time so he could get in, and the children cheering him on... If I'd been a runner, I would have stayed behind to run by him, myself. To help him through the course, even if it meant losing my own place just so he could fill it. This is so beautiful
THE END WAS AMAZING WHEN THE COACH LIED ABOUT THE TIME TO MAE THE TIME SHORTER, OMG WE NEED MORE PEOPLE LIKE THAT IN THIS WORLD

Nothing can stop the determination of the human spirit, the power of positivity and the spirit of determination can overcome any obstacle, we are only as disabled as we allow ourselves to be. This was truly inspiring and touched my heart. I am disabled as well but I work with what I have, there are many with more challenges than I have and it’s a blessing just to be given the chance to try to fly, it just takes the support of a few people who believe in you to help you overcome the greatest struggles.
I can relate to this so much. Seriously this is something close to my heart. I cried. Amazing film.

It gets me every time, I'm a Cerebral Palsy athlete myself and I can tell you with absolute certainty that "Run with me" is probably the best and most accurate depiction of the life of a Cerebral Palsy patient.

I have a mild case of cerebral palsy. I can walk but with wth difficulty. I am 41 and have two kids. I was able to accomplish my goals thank God. When you have a disability you have to have thick skin because people can be very rude. I am happy with myself and I feel that I don't have to explain myself to anyone. We all have a right to live our lives peacefully.
Never give up NEVER!!! & Never let people tell you that you can't do something, You can do anything.

I never really cry to short films or movies... but this... THIS! It made my heart melt and it made me cry a lot.. like starting from when he wanted to be part of the regular pe group.. to the practice lap then towards the end.. I cried..
