Thanks for posting Chris, could watch you working all day! Great content as usual, looking forward to seeing a hunting post when time allows you too buddy... 👍
Nice bud ..I never get tired of seeing the wrap and tuck method.. although I only use clamps...it's still good to remember the manual system.. you never know when a clamp may give in...
Great vid 👊. Something that I've taught students in my survival class for years is the value of common, cheap dental floss. It's really an amazing cordage. Very strong for its size and it works great for small things like sling shot attachments. I've used it for everything from making small game traps to hafting arrow points. Would work great for how you attach bands. Take care and God bless.
Can i pickle your brain? Sorting out my active band(im 6.1ft so longish arms) comes out as 32" i cut a set of bands at 6" so 150mm. I used .7 precise i think it was and it was tough! Forks where wobbly and it was a hard draw felt like it bottomed out abit? Or can that be the band weight? Iv been using 180/ 170. Pulling the 170 to my cheek as a test i can go back to my ear before it bottoms out.
Love the vids, learned so much from the channel. Question for you. Is it ok to use/save bands that broke shooting to use for tying material? Didn't know if that affected how well they hold.
Best tying jig ever devised.
These are the tutorials I need. Many thanks.
You are welcome!
Chris, I' glad to see you back online. It has been so long we have missed you. Jack

Come friends, it's been a long time since you uploaded a video.

That’s perfect use of the broken bands! They are actually better because they have been broken in and are softer/grab better onto the frame.
@@superbalaur1297 Absolutely agree... that's all I ever use... they also make an excellent choice for wraping your catty for positive grip 👍
