This is a common issue with all pellet stoves. Smokers and grills can seemingly never get an issue unlike a stove.
Edit: common issue means just one of many. I have never heard of someone not having problems.

It has to be something common to both units. i.e. That exhaust IS clogged lol

Each bend you have in the exhaust is a place where ash falls out of suspension in the airstream from the fan.. that double bend is a killer and you need to consider raising the stove to a height that would eliminate one bend. With everything cold you can use a powerful wet dry vac which you want to do at the end of every season. The fact that unburned pellets are getting to the blower is a problem as well.. they should never get there. But! Great videos on this stove and your experiences with it!
