The unit is manufactured in China. Their QC is horrible. Upon receiving the unit, it wouldn't fire because they hadn't set the high temp switch correctly, so, had to remove and reset the switch ourselves. Lately, it would feed pellets, and tech support said it was an auguer set screw not screwed into the auger flat spot. That resulted in taking the back panel off, working on it, and that was NOT the problem. Tech is good if you get the right person.

Did the stove you bought qualify for the tax credits for biomass stoves? I know they need to be on the EPA list to qualify.
