- This my Minecraft DREAM Hidden base. Using the Minecraft create mod, this self building house in Minecraft also self 'unbuilds' allowing you to have a base that can appear and disappear at the press of a button. This is the ultimate hidden base in Minecraft. No need for Minecraft hidden entrances, or Minecraft survival Bunkers, this is a giant Minecraft base that drops underneath the floor.

Imagine if Mumbo built this on a server, someone finds an open field and builds on it, then leaves to go mine, only to come back to a modern house and fence, then to see a mustache man walk out of the house, and it all flips away to reveal their day one dirt hut

Or you could build a dirthut on the one side and a villa on the other and switch the fitting side up, depending on who comes to visit :p
Now i wonder though, what happens to the player, if he stays inside, while the house flips?

Redstone contraptions have alluded me for 10 years now. They just seem like magic to me. Using iron doors and a button is the extent of my knowledge. This mod is 13 steps above my expertise.
It's actually simpler to use than redstone, because it was actually designed to be user friendly and not needlessly hostile
Best I can do is a flush 2x2 Piston door with a toggle on/off button on both sides.

I LOVE THIS! I'd absolutely love to see another version where there is a building built underneath it so that they switch out when it rotates though, like a farm or greenhouse or something!

he should do 2 things #1 a zombie pig farm for gold with a sorter that puts the golden swords into a super smelter to turn them into nuggets then back into the sorter and back to the chests #2 a waterproof piston door like all the redstone shouldnt be breakable by water

I am just so confused about how good he is at implementing red stones in his builds! This is so cool!
I would recommend the mods "JEI" (Just Enough Items), "Advanced Hook Launchers", and "Tinkers Construct" for survival, Tinkers Construct is a little complicated but I think you can figure it out
imagine building your house in the middle of nowhere and suddenly you have a neighbor

Wait, you can have two houses in one spot, so you can make a normal size town, bring a friend and say this is one of the hugest towns ever, and when they don't believe you, you can activate the redstone, which will reveal new houses, which means the town is 2x bigger then it first seems, then if you add the portal mod, you can click a button yo activate a portal at every two versions of the house, so one property can contain 4 houses, or more, that is insane, I got some big brain

Can you super glue grass and/or trees to the underside of the house or will it just get destroyed? That way it can blend in more naturally. Also, can the way you made the outside walls come up be done horizontally?

Well he means the individual parts. When he makes redstone contraptions he builds things circuit by circuit.

The redstone I can understand easily, now the create mod... I can’t understand it’s a little too complex. Will probably take me at least a month of playing with to master it
The only thing that I think would make this better is if the sequence was more dramatic. My preferred sequence would be that the walls come up first, then just for drama I'd make the ground open up separately and then have the building rotate into place 😁 But that's just my preference and really a small cosmetic thing in a video that's otherwise super cool 😁

I'm seriously impressed. Now I'm just imagining spawning in a world, walking around in an inconspicuous plains biome and suddenly walking over a hidden pressure plate or some other activation devise and out of nowhere a base like this just pops out of the ground

Use a daylight sensor so it only shows up at night. Just need to remember that you need to be ouside by morning.

it's called the Create mod.
Imagine you lead your friend inside in survival mode and hit the switch to turn the base back into the ground while he's still inside. How confused he would be if he thought you were using normal vanilla redstone.

Mumbo now all you need is a drill mod to add and then use the conveyor . The conveyor belts + a drill mod = OP system

mumbo!!! you remember how you didnt superglue things properly at 3:50 and a bit of the structure stayed where it was when you turned it around? you can use that to your advantage!! like hiding multiple rooms inside a building, that’d be pretty cool!
