- In this Mumbo Jumbo Minecraft video, I make my Dream Minecraft Hidden Bunker. This secret Minecraft bunker is full of secret Minecraft redstone contraptions, a Hidden Staircase entrance, a Minecraft security system and more. Unless... oh god. Mumbo and Grian. Grumbot. An experiment gone wrong? Somehow both have been smashed together. Grian "the builder" is doing redstone, Mumbo "the redstoner" is making gorgeous builds. Grumbot has no purpose without Mumbo for Mayor. Stability deteriorates when Mumbo takes a break. Is this what Susie is trying to help RenDog prevent? ARGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! @@lincs45ostler23 Well... i like to think that because Mumbo shares Grians soul with him but not Mumbos soul with grian because mumbo ate(?) Grians soul in season 8, so Grian is still bad at redstone but mumbo is getting better at building. (This concueds my rant)

Since skulk sensors send out different signal strengths for different actions (iirc), perhaps a passcode where you input a sequence of actions? Waterlogged sensors so people sneakin around can't tell, of course.

Mumbo id love to see an underwater bunker made completely submerged and using conduits. I think that's be a challenging bunker to make as undersea Redstone with submerged rails, minecarts, detector rails, and more seem like unexplored mechanics

Mumbo, Ik you are probably not going to read this but I was just scrolling through some of my pictures and happened to find a screen recording of the “tiny time lapse song”. That seriously brought back so many memories of me watching your videos for so long. It’s been a while since I have played but that song has made me want to play and has made me want to watch you play Minecraft. You are an amazing creator!

It'd be funny if Mumbo's actually been on Hermitcraft for the entire season, but his vast bunker system is just so good that no one ever realized it :P
His current HC build Is really well hidden. 👌 no one can find it. The vault outside Grians is just the decoy

Man, imagine if your next base on Hermitcraft was a completely secret labyrinth like this. It would be fun to watch you build all these crazy vaults and hidden traps and things in survival and then watch the others attempt to find the base and break in. Just a thought. Love the video!

I love how he makes a system that lowers the villagers to avoid the noise, then proceeds to keep them up while making the next section and doing the next few clips
But he forgot that his storage system is very noisy as well...
Every Redstone contraption in there is noisy. However there isn't much you can do about that. Also it's the first time I've seen someone mention to pick up the torch from the torch key. I always thought that was a security flaw.
Name a more iconic pairing than overly complex, hidden, and secure bunkers and single player Minecraft worlds.
I tried to think of one. I'm sure it will occur to me a week from now when no one cares

I'd love to see more crazy systems with sculk by you! Maybe a big project could be a Smart Sculk Positioning System where it's used to turn farms on when players are within 60 blocks of a given point?
Awesome build, Mumbo. I think a key returning system would be good to keep the redstone torches from sticking around or despawning. I love the mud bricks, as well. I use them with jungle wood and deepslate for my village builds. Btw, here's a video idea: I just watched a video Grian put out 5 years ago, "101 Minecraft Build Hacks," and I think it would be funny if you did an update to his video. Lol Everyone misses you on Hermitcraft, especially Grian, so this might be a nice nod to him if a very funny way.

At 8:56 we can observe one of the villagers standing outside of his cell, while Mumbo is threatening him with a sword. After a quick cut, the sword is gone and the villager is back in his cell. He is now wearing an eyepatch.
This is just one of the many examples of the subtle storytelling in mr. Jumbos bunker series. Bravo Mumbo!

That storage system is awesome! Wasn't sure at first whether moveable barrels would make a difference, but especially with the label blocks moving with it, they definitely do! Thanks for the inspiration Mumbo!

It would have been interesting to see a proximity alert lamp light up every time a person would be near the entrance, so that when you open the hidden staircase from downstairs you know if someone is going to potentially see the entrance or not

This might be a interesting project for when the new Hermitcraft season arrives, a mega bunker that has all the farms and stuff and is completely hidden, perhaps even on several levels, and all the way on top would be a small base that has just a few necessities for any hermit, to make them believe that's all you have when they visit.
I'd love to see you try and replicate one of your builds in Bedrock Edition! It's honestly quite challenging not having the good ol' redstone quasi-connectivity and would be really educational for players like myself to see how you'd work around the limitations it imposes.
Silentwisperer does farms for bedrock... not sure if he does Redstone Talkthroughs or not but worth a watch 🤷♂️
I really wished that youtubers put with version they are playing. I was watching normally until I see barrels being pushed and I was "wait! we can move barrels? oh it's bedrock"

Redstone on bedrock at least in my experience is not that hard. Of course, there are some workarounds that are needed, but if you have played bedrock for a while then it's not that hard. You can still make the same 15x15 doors with some tuning to the redstone.

Maybe for your next bunker you can incorporate a bedtime alarm? A lamp that lights up the instant you can sleep, with noteblock chimes for nighttime and daytime. You just use a dropper with 64+19 crud in there and two comparators and a daylight sensor. I have it in my base and I am so spoiled

That's such an awesome storage room, I play on Bedrock Edition (even though I prefer Java) since that's where my friends play so I have moveable tile Entities and I never really use that function, probably because I'm not very good at Redstone to utilize it, but in my next base I definitely want to try out that fancy piston feed tape storage. You should totally make a habit of throwing redstone torches in random spots, so that other players start looking for a secret base when they find a torch.
I'll assume that I'm not the only one hoping Mumbo has made a version of this secretly on the Hermitcraft server while the others were away in Empires...perhaps filled with Diamonds which mysteriously disappeared from the kings vault a while back?
