@@onthebackwheel I find a lot of Harley riders have a stick up their arse about that. If it's a gang in their leathers I won't nod but I nod or wave anything else that has 2 wheels and a motor.
Thanks Curtis, I really enjoy when you go "Oh there's a trail", hangs a left into overgrown bush... and go's for it ! Looking forward to the next adventure, and suspension settings :)
Beautiful riding! I need to GoPro Tenere action here in Arizona. Agree on the points you bring up. love the Narrowness of the T7, Bars are weird or something. I'll swap those out I suppose. Also, yeah love the simplicity of the computer and the ABS I'd love to find a switch or something to keep it off. But I really like the simpleness of it. Beautiful scenery you have there =)🤙
Good stuff Curtis. The Yammy is a great bike. I’d have one instead of the other ADV bikes I’ve owned, if I could have found one at the time. I like the simplicity of the bike. But, so far me & the 890 are getting along well and I’m happy with it. I rode the Kove 450 Rally at the Giant Loop Rally. What a bike! I was very impressed in the short demo ride I took.
@@onthebackwheel Get in touch with them for a bike to review in advance. They are still in the process of setting things up here in the States. I know guys that have put in orders, they’re coming. Honestly, other than higher speed high mile freeway riding “touring” I felt the Kove could replace both my 890 Adventure S and the FE 501 S.
I'm hoping to buy a used 2021 tenere 700 this week as my first bike. Bikes I rode from 16 years old to today: Yamaha WR500(1992), KTM 380 SX, and KTM 500 EXC-F. This video made me excited as hell. I am probably going to ride like this rarely, but mostly great singletrack in northern California here and commuting to work. Being 6'2" 240, I might want to upgrade the suspension . haha.
I fuckin love my Tenere. Only been on mild trail as im waiting for my cage to show up, but its great overall bike. Ona and off road. Gonna change the suspension eventually, prob next year, but it is fine for now. Dialing it in the best i can
Another great vid, mate. Got me pumped to jump on one of the bikes and go exploring as soon as I find the time. You're definitely braver than I am when it comes to ducking down a random trail to find out where it goes!
@@onthebackwheel Well, I know what you mean about price. I am in nowadays and paid €11k for bike with quick shifter and heated grips included. Not bad. I agree with the others, that you are doing a great job running around and exploring. I will be doing the same, to the extent possible, in the balkans. (Will be living in Split in 3 weeks). Anyhoo, if you doa euro trip and wanna hook up for TET in the balkans, let me know. 👍 love the channel....makes me miss riding in oz!!
"Don't nod ya !@#$" is also my exact response when people don't nod or wave back hahaha.
One of my pet hates! I get when you are busy or looking elsewhere, but I was the only person around!

That bike sounds so meaty. Awesome!
They do sound great
nice riding man! Got me fired up about getting a bike.
You certainly don’t mind having a go Curtis, good on yer mate 💪👍
Cheers mate
I love how you just try to get through any terrain Curtis! I agree that the Tenere looks thinner than the Aprilia.

Nice area for sure! With bars and the suspension done, she'd be a weapon
Haha, I did virtually that exact same exploratory ride recently. Couple of others worth exploring up the top of the hill as well.
Oh really? Small world. A few days later I went and checked out some more too. Good for a little play
GREAT STUFF
Cheers!

Thanks mate . Should we expect a comparison for T7 and Suzuki 800 DE ? Cheers.
Definitely
Congrats on the T7. Suites your riding style I think. A little adjustment here and there and she'll be crackin.
Not too fast, its just a friends! He broke his leg so I've had it for a couple of weeks while I sorted out my new bike

Too big to expensive and you will cry when you drop it. Too much effort off road. Get an off road bike or a DR650
I get ya. I'll be moving to the lighter adv bikes eventually
