  • Falling into the judgment pit can happen all too often when our expectations of ourselves are too high. Self compassion is always a good practice but can be hard to access as a stressed out caregiver when our to do list is always feels impossible to achieve. It can help to remind ourselves that we’re never alone and it’s normal to feel the way we do.
