Layla, you inspire me to be better at what I do best. Your work has enlightened me in such a short time. Please continue making the world a less chaotic place, one SOP at a time. 😉
For me the best thing I've noticed is doing one process at a time. We all currently have systems for getting things done, but they're not documented/communicated in the ideal way. And it is easier for all of us to champion through one sub process and get that one complete and then go onto the next!
Hi Layla! As soon as I started watching this video I realized that it wasn't what I was looking for. But I keep watching because it was so funny and I admired the work you put into it. Nice job. :)
It is pretty funny that the subtitles convert you saying DISC to D-I-C-S, which is not a bad thing considering what most staff will be thinking of us when we ask them to write those SOPS. 😉 It kind of matches the humour you brought to the video.
I'm a "DIC" 90 plus percent across the board, any combo personality representation would be fun. The persona for any SOP should be based on the most common user that will need it. If i'm writing one for a builder in a technical field its way more direct, vs a designer who may appreciate visuals and examples way more. The psychology of a product or process need is a huge topic and appreciate seeing more on this subject.
Im interesting in a mistakes video and if you have come across anything for five factor psycology or anything epse in the factor analysis family like Hirebus.
Oh my, I think I just found the female version of me. I've just binge watched about 10 of your more recent videos and we think in an eerily similar way.
What do you think about the fact that you can discuss the process of a project with AI and make into a csv file especially made for click up, don't you think that's insane ?
Now jokes aside, if you are looking for more SOP help, let's write SOPs together 📆 processdriven.co/services/sop/?
I loved this video, learning and laughing at the same time 🤣🤓
im a grumpy guy, but Layla somehow brings out my good side. Totally professional gal with a sense of humour.
😂 I appreciate it!
This is so good, fun and educational. Thanks!

True! It's important to do what works for your team and the business.

Pay me a boat load to sit quietly and write SOPs all day and I'll call you Daddy.

I’m not sure I understand what DISC is or how it translates to these SOPs. I’ll try rewatching.
