This is me. I don’t even bother adding things, because I know this will happen to me. So I keep it all in my head. And when I do have a hot second to actually get some work done, I’m working out of my head and my internal triage, because spending the time to put it in would result in that exact feeling. You weren’t even being too dramatic. Never ending vicious cycle.

Buffer time would be an interesting topic to explore. Hoping that’s working out for the team!

More longer acting dramatizations 😃 Love how you are getting more cinematic with your videos.

I have about 100 pending items for action and about 70 of them are being held up(blocked) by a 3rd party or team member. The first hour of my day is nanny mode as I beg for status updates. I really need a dog to walk :(

You can walk yourself, too. 😉 On a serious note, I'm sorry to hear that. Is it just due to the holidays, or is that just the norm for your colleagues?

@@LaylaPomper The issue, as I see it, is that since COVID, people have been less eager to take the initiative and have been more prone to pass the problem on to someone else. In some ways, due to COVID, the talent pool of the people I work with has been disturbed and misallocated. The more complicated the problem, the more likely it will be passed on to someone else. Hopefully that makes sense.

Hello Ms Layla. Have you seen the Capacities app? If you're so inclined I'd like to see you do a series on it. I could see it as an extension to your expertise. Happy New Year btw
