@@maddy7678 It’s true that it’s not recommended but if you can make sure not to sleep in and change it right when you wake up then it’s alright. Also you won’t die if you leave it in for more than 8 hours but it increases the risk of toxic shock syndrome. You’re right though, it would be best to wear pads🤍
